Blipper ("the App") is a mobile application that allows users to create short video clips from public online content and share them via messaging apps.

Blipper does not collect, store, or process any personal information. The App does not require registration or login.

When you create a clip, the App sends the URL you provide to our server to process the video. The URL and resulting video clip are stored temporarily on our server and may be deleted automatically after a period of inactivity.

Blipper processes publicly available content from third-party platforms (such as Instagram and TikTok). Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of such content complies with the terms of service of those platforms.
